The Wayfinders is a unique book club for 9-12 year old children. Children outside this age group are welcome to join us. Middle grade books can be fun for everyone!

Children in 'The Wayfinders Book Club' enjoy books from various genres, including Christian stories. Books with background woke or unbiblical themes are sprinkled through the book club to introduce age-appropriate conversations about what God's word says.
WHY?!
We need to equip preteen children in the middle grade book years when these themes are still relatively "mild" so they can find their way when books get really out of control in the teen years.
How Does the Wayfinders Book Club Work?
One Book Club, Three Ways!!
Every month we'll go on a new reading adventure
with a carefully selected middle grade book.
Wayfinders in the Monthly Zoom Meetup meet on the last Monday of each
month for a lively hour of book discussion
and activities. Meeting 3pm Korea Standard Time
The Weekly Read-Along format supports struggling or reluctant readers, and children who simply prefer to read with others. It includes two 40-minute face-to-face online read-along meetings per week ~ Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3pm Korea Standard Time.
The book club runs all year but is released in 4-month blocks to provide families with flexibility.

Format 1 - Family Time Wayfinders Book Club.

This 4-month Family Time subscription includes the Wayfinders 15-page PDF
activity booklet for each
book of the month.
When you purchase this subscription, you will receive a welcome letter. Then, when our reading adventures begin on June 1st, we will send your first activity booklet by e-mail. Each booklet will arrive in your inbox on the first day of the month. Simply download and print, and you're good to go.

Format 2 - Monthly Meetup Wayfinders Book Club.
The Monthly Meetup option includes the 15-page Wayfinders PDF booklet for each book of the month, and a 1-hour Zoom meetup with other Wayfinders. We'll enjoy a lively discussion and fun activities related to our book. There may even be a special guest!
The meetups will be be held on the last Monday of the month at 3pm Korea Standard Time (UTC+9).
This is a 4-month subscription. After purchasing, you will receive a downloadable welcome letter. The Wayfinder activity booklets will be released on the first day of the month, delivered straight to your e-mail inbox. Simply download and print.

Format 3 - Weekly Read-Along Wayfinders Book Club
The Weekly Read-Along Wayfinders Book Club includes everything in the Monthly Meetup Wayfinder Club + two 40minute read-along meetings a week via Zoom.
Reading is so important for children! This option is for reluctant or struggling readers, or those who simply prefer reading with others.
Each session includes a vocabulary power up, a time of reading the text in different ways, and a quick chat about what we’ve read. Phonics help will be provided when the time arises naturally.
Zoom read-alongs are capped at 10 children per read-along session.
~NOTE - Some reading between Zoom read-alongs may be necessary in order to finish our monthly book on schedule~
